Top 10 Videos to Beat Diabetes
I have made so many videos about beating diabetes, it is hard for me to say which are the “best.” But these ten are definitely in the top tier, and will help any diabetic find a great place to begin in the quest to reverse, beat, and thoroughly whip the monster of diabetes.
I am currently working on a book that will challenge people to overcome diabetes in six months, by following ten steps. It will be some time before the book is available, but to give you an idea of this strategy, here is my working outline (as of now).
10 Step Plan to Become Non-Diabetic
Step 1: (Month 1, Day 1) Test & Compare high carb vs low carb meals
Step 2: (Month 1, Day 15) Start to lower your carbs in your meals.
Step 3: (Month 2, Day 1) Drop all sugar and foods with high sugar added
Step 4: (Month 2, Day 1) Read good books and watch good videos. (Me, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Richard Bernstein, Dr. Eric Westman, Dr. Robert Cywes, Dr. Ben Bikman, Dr. Annette Bosworth, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Becky Gillaspy)
Step 5: (Month 2, Day 15) Drop all bread and grains
Step 6: (Month 3, Day 1) Give up all snacking. No eating between meals. But eat as much as you like at your meals, as long as your meals are low-carb.
Step 7: (Month 3, Day 15) Drop most fruits (berries and avocados are allowed)
Step 8: (Month 4, Day 1) Drop all starches
Step 9: (Month 4, Day 15) Eat only two meals per day. (Bulletproof coffee, or one or two boiled eggs is allowed for the “non-meal.”
Step 10: (Month 4, Day 15) Start walking. You don’t have to be an athlete or strain yourself, but take a brisk walk (with your doctor’s permission) four or five days a week, for 25 to 30 minutes a day.
After your tenth step, in Month 4, Day 15, all you need to do for the remainder of the six months is to just keep on what you have been doing. Don’t let up on the gas pedal! In most cases: Either this will get you below diabetic levels in six months, or else it will improve your situation so dramatically that you will be ready to continue this protocol until you see total victory!
Needed: Friends of this ministry
We need your help! If you are blessed by the teachings, articles, devos, and missions emphasis of this ministry, please consider making a generous donation to Spirit of Grace Ministries. We are not a church; we do not receive offerings from members every Sunday. Nor would we dare ask offerings from the poor Africans to whom we minister in our overseas missions. We must depend upon tender-hearted American believers like you to help us carry on this work Christ has called us to do in feeding His sheep, equipping His servants, and proclaiming His gospel to the lost. Your donations are needed and greatly appreciated!

Audio Devo: "Why is there suffering?"
People have debated this question for millennia. And we cannot speak concerning specific individual questions of suffering, but the Bible clearly speaks as to why suffering has always been a part of the human experience.
Missions Outreach
A major part of Spirit of Grace Ministries is our ministry in the great continent of Africa. In the above video Dennis shares exciting news about a recent mission which involved our “JESUS CONFERENCE,” plus a free medical clinic, and the provision of food for local widows in Bungoma, Kenya.
